Designed for those who value consistency, direct access to your provider and staff, and a deeper level of support, each program is tailored to your individual needs.

  • Our most popular membership program with all inclusive membership benefits for those clients that want the highest level of care and unwavering support from their healthcare provider.

    Benefits Include:

    • 24/7 Year-Round Access

      • Dr. Harned will call or text you at the end of your first visit to say “Thank You” and to ensure that you have his personal cell number in the event the office is closed. Whether if it’s in the evening, weekends, holidays, or even if you’re on vacation, you always have direct access and a lifeline to Dr. Harned.

    • Unlimited office, TeleMed or phone visits including:

      • Pre-operative evaluations and clearance

      • Post-hospitalization visits

      • Hormone evaluation

      • Weight loss evaluation

    • Comprehensive annual health and wellness review including an executive level annual physical

    • Coordination of testing, labs, imaging and referrals to trusted specialists

    • Complimentary prior authorizations for medications as required by insurance

    • Preventative care guidance including cancer screening recommendations

    Investment:

    • $2200 Annually

    • Preferred benefits for members

    • Reduced rates for additional family members

  • Our secondary program that still offers personalized support with a more traditional level of access.

    Clients receive care during regular office hours, with a combination of in-office visits and limited TeleMed or phone support for acute needs.

    Benefits Include:

    • Two comprehensive in-office visits per year as needed

    • Two TeleMed or phone visits for ACUTE care needs

    • Comprehensive annual health and wellness review, including an executive level annual physical

    • Preventative care guidance including cancer screening recommendations

    • Coordination of testing, labs, imaging and referrals as needed

    Investment:

    • $1200 annually

    • Reduced rates for additional Gold or Platinum memberships for family members

    • Additional NON-COVERED services (included with Platinum Membership) available for an additional fee include:

      • Additional in-office, TeleMed, and Phone visits when available

      • Pre-operative evaluations and clearance forms

      • Post-hospital evaluations

      • Post-hospital visits

      • Hormone Assessment
